NO service or feedback regarding my refund

This is a continuing issue from my last complaint that I had on Hello Peter.....

After waiting for delivery of my online order for almost 8 weeks and attempting to cancel the order and get a refund, I laid a complaint here and Edgars responded to my complaint and said that the above will be done. This was on 22 June 2020. Needless to say that Edgars hasn't refunded me for the order that I never received.

I have sent emails to follow up, but the only response that I receive is that they are waiting for feedback from their online department.

This is absolutely shocking and completely unacceptable, as I still pay my account every month as I should, but I get NO joy from Edgars.

I need this issue sorted ASAP.
