NO SERVICE FROM EDGARS

Edgars is the most pathetic retailer I’ve ever dealt with. The lack of service is appalling. I have been more than patient but now it’s enough. I’m waiting for a refund since the 2nd of November 2020 and to date no response to my emails and no assistance whatsoever. I find it firstly so unfair that it’s this hard to get a refund that I even tried to suggest spending the money in the store but that too wasn’t allowed and I have to wait for my refund I hope people see how u treat your account holders because I wish I knew what I was in for when I opened this account No one answers the customer service number no one responds to emails there’s no service
