No service delivery

Hi had a funeral policy added to my edgars account ,My mother passed away more than 3 years ago and the policy paid out and have stopped.I always this received a sms for my edgars account en keep paying my account . A week a go i click on my account link and saw that i am still paying for the funeral policy.I tried to contact them and sent e mail but got no replay.
