No service deliver. No delivery

I am very disappointed as I placed an order on 2/12/19 and no delivery as yet. I email twice and called twice but the agents were unhelpful and no response to my email . iiI was promised delivery contours Tuesday but still nothIng i Will never buy form edgars again as I need the outfit for my year end party last Friday. I hope it's delivered before xmas or I won't have an outfit. Useless staff and incompetence.
