No service

Customer service is pathetic. My mom is a pensioner,so she has had an account with Edgar's for over decades. Every time she buys something lately, she will end up paying a fortune. This month she decided to inquire why she has to pay so much money with out end,she was told she has an contract link with cell C on her account. Coz of her aged she asked me to accompany her to the store, oh my word they couldn't even show us how it's linked ,or when it started. Then they made us sit for 1hour to call head office which the call was never answered. Not even the manager could help us. Edgar's Polokwane CBD
