NO SERVICE
They don't deserve any rating. I ordered items on 4 May 2020 online. After numerous attempts to get somebody to answer the phone at the Customer Service Desk, dropped calls, promises that the parcel is ready for delivery and so forth, there is still no conclusion on what the status of my order is.
