no service

My account was handed over to Edgars attorneys and I have paid up and now they are bouncing me around like a ball and am sent from pillar to post when asking for a settlement letter. This is totally unacceptable as you harres clients to pay and when you receive your money its my problem to chase you asking for a letter. its been over a month and a half that I have been promised a letter. Your lawyers and consutlants dont know what they are doing and I demand this be escaleated. they have been taking my email address and not sending anything. no on knows whats going on and I demand my letter now. I was told it would take 14 days and its well over 6weeks now. Is this how you treat your customers?
