NO SERVICE
Myself and my client have been trying to get her Hollard Funeral Policy that she took out with Edcon. I received a mail that we should receive the schedule within 30 days and it is over the 30 days now and have not received anything. When you call the number to query the progress it is a voice prompt, prompting you to put in the ID number or card number and we have put both in and it is not recognizing the numbers and will not allow you to move past this stage and therefore cannot "speak" to an agent. Very frustrating
