no service!!!!

I got to to Canal walk Edgars this evening and went to look buying Revolon base and wanted to add or change my base. I walked up and down in the store looking for assistance, even asked the guy that works at Sunglasses hut to get someone but no came, then I approached a group of ladies at the one counter and the girl said she can't assist in helping me choose another foundation and the girl that works there is gone home. I was furious walking 20min looking for someone then took what I wanted and walked away to pay. I got to the line and told a woman on the floor and asked for the store manager and said his gone home and to come to the cellphone to pay. I get there and the item doesn't have a price on and the girl behind the counter took 8 min to go get a price then I paid R270 and she didn't have a R1 change. I was so ****ed off and told her to stuff the R1 and walked out of the most store. when I got home the base was used not sealed at all. I want the area manager to call me abdand I want to be refunded. No assistance and bad staff and no change. 30minutes wasted in a store for 1 item.
