No Security on Cards & Dispute Department
Why don't you have any security measures for account card purchases? Lost my wallet 30-Oct-2014 & R3.5K purchase made by whomever picked it up. Got pick-pocketed 30-Apr-2015 and R1.6K purchase was made. Reported it when realized wallet was gone on 2-Apr-2015. Asked for a call ref number & consultant said I should use his name - Nthaba @ your call center in JNB.

Was promised a call from you dispute dept & nothing to date. I'm now going to pay the balance of my account which I purchased less R1,639.98 disputed purchase & close my account.

Credit the disputed amount or we can go the small-claims court route again like I had to do last time.

Why don't you ask for ID when a purchase is made with your Edgars card? There is no PIN system in place, no verification of signature and it appears to be a free for all for those that pick up or nick a card.
