No response on incorrect delivery
I placed an order on Red Square online last week. The order was received on Monday and, although the box was correctly addressed, the goods inside were for someone else and not what I had ordered. <br> <br> I understand that these things happen and am not too upset about that. However, I have since sent 2 emails (Monday and yesterday) requesting that the incorrect order be collected and the correct order delivered but I have received no response whatsoever.<br> <br> I've previously learned that Hello Peter seems to be the way to get the attention of Edgars so here is to hoping that this incorrect delivery will be sorted out now...
