No response for 3 weeks
All I require from Edgars is to provide me with a paid up letter. I contacted the call center *** who then advise to contact this number *** which I did, the lady on the other end was so rude and told me to call back to the call center. I called back and the call center agent gave me another number *** and the bosses number *** to this day no answer. I just need this paid up letter urgently!!!! I will forever be done with the bs services from Edgars. They need to employ persons who can communicate properly and professionally.
