My Edgars account has been paid up & I requested for it be closed and that I get supp**** with a closure letter, again on the 10.12.15 I spoke to Nthambeleni requested the details and received nothing, on the 17.12 I called again and spoke to Boitumelo who informed me that a letter had been requested but I still had not received nothing, but she will request again and I should be getting the letter in the next two days (meaning latest I should have received the letter on the 21.12.15), but still today I had not received the letter.<br> <br> What kind of bad service is this?<br>
