No response

We have been struggling to get purchases that was made on my husband's Edgars account (31 December 2012), off his account without any success.<br> <br> Background:<br> I paid his account on 4 January 2013 at Edgars Upington and noticed that the balance was <br> wrong, they told me that there were purchases made on the account on the 31st of December 2012 in <br> Benoni . I told them the purchases was not done by us and they told me he must go to the police and report it to Edgars Kathu (at the time he was working in Kathu). He went to the police and to Edgars Kathu to register the complaint.<br> <br> 22 January 2013 when I received the account I e-mail [Email Removed] to indicate that I do not agree with the account. Nobody rep**** on my e-mail.<br> <br> March when the dispute was still not rectified my husband contacted the Kathu branch and they could not find the documents he handed in. The person that helped him resigned.<br> <br> 30 August 2013 handed in a letter at Edgars Upington to sort out the mess. Without any results.<br> <br> 18 October 2013 handed in another letter with the dispute forms. No results.<br> <br> 3 March 2015 Edgars Upington again submitted the dispute forms. Still no results
