No response

I e - mailed Edgars collections proof of payment on the 11.05.2021, for payment made on 30.04.2021. I requested that they update their records & confirm via e - mail once done. I received a response that they'll respond "within 48 hours". It's within "48 hours", I have not received any response from them yet.
