I am querying the R27.72 which I have been charged for since 2001, kindly provide me with clarity on what this partner protection is, as i have never app**** for this service.
Also please respond to my email which i sent 8 days ago.

In response to your enquiry with Edcon kindly note that the Partner Protection Plan has been cancelled as requested however we are unable to reverse the charges.
The insurance has been active on the account for the past 17 years and we have not received any communication regarding a dispute.
Monthly statements were also been sent which shows all transactions on the account.
