<p>On 11 October I requested Edgars to remove the BAD DEBT WRITTEN OFF comment on ITC as this account was settled in full on 30 June 2016. NO RESPONSE!!!! On 24 and 25 October I requested a statement from Nwabisa Makhanya & ********** NO RESPONSE!!!! Hopefully this time I will get a response and not the usual automated response AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
