No response

<p>Edgars has appointed VVM Debt Collectors to collect outstanding money from my ex husband. I am being harrassed by VVM via sms, telephone calls and emails. When my ex opened this account in 2011, I sent a letter to Edgars advising that the contact details and address provided by him were incorrect as we were separated and he provided Edgars with my address details. Now I am bearing the grunt of these unwanted emails, etc. Needless to say, all I receive are countless automated responses advising that I will receive feedback within 48 hours which has not once been forthcoming. Only after I threatened with legal action did I receive an email on 15 September 2016 from Nokuthula Nhlapho advising that the matter has been escalated. Numerous email to this person also remain unanswered. On 21 June 2016 I received a sms from VVM advising my ex qualifies for a discount of R2915.15 on his Edgars account and to pay only R1569.70. To get VVM to stop harassing me, I paid this amount (proof of which has been forwarded to Edgars). I have had an excellent credit record at Edgars for many years but still I am being harrassed! I will now close my account and by word of mouth anyone I get into contact with will be told this story. It is incompetency and totally unacceptable from Edgars' side!!</p>
