No Refund as promissed

On the 23/11/2019 I ordered 3 Shirts from Edgars b receive 2 as 1 was crossed out damaged and out of stock, order number ***, they put a big stamp on there that my Edgars account will be credited. To my dismay when I received my invoice on the 09/12/2019, there was no credit. I phoned accounts department who said I must phone Customer Care. I spoke to Amkhitha who said she will speak to the right department and they will contact me within 48 hours and could not even give me a reference number. No one has phoned back. This is unacceptable and charging me for something I did not receive is theft. People do not trust Edgars.
