no refund
I brought my daughter some new takkies as hockey season kicked off and she needs some comfortable shoes. We fitted them in store but the next day after school she complained they hurt her feet. I took it back to see if we can get a bigger size but the store refused a swap out as the shoes were slightly used already. She wore them for about an hour (practice from 13:00 to 13:45).

Once they have been worn it becomes second hand and nobody would want to purchase it and then it becomes a stock loss for the store .
