no record of account but listed on ITC

few years back I had an edgars account that I used foe years, I could pay for the account as I went on debt counselling wich I thought was paying for my account as I was paying one fee for all my accounts including my edgars account. .I realized later that I was ****med as none of my account were paid for. .sometimes last I recieved a quote from VVM attorneys to pay the account the next month I called to see if I can make arrangements and I was told the account is not with rhem anymore<br> I went to Edgard store in southgate and eyethu mall in orange farm and.was told that it does show on their system I only have a thank you card not an account. I called the customer service number I got online which referred me to their archive department whih couldn't find anything on my name..what disturba me is ir shows on my itc record .what do I do to get this cleared off mt name.
