No promotion card from cashier. Bad attitude and service

We shop regularly at Edgars, but I was shocked at our last experience on 16 December. The cashier had a bad attitude and we also did not get a 25% promotional gift card as you have advertised. Why not, and are the cashiers taking this for them and their families? I was shocked and when we have asked the cashier where the manager was - they said that no manager was around. This happened at Edgards Sandton City. Please can you investigate and I want to find out what is happening to our 25% promotion gift card - are the staff taking this? The cashier was Selby Maphanga ( ********** ) and the serial nr for the slip is ********** 7 02 ********** 9 000508 14:13:28. Purchase amount was R 979.85.
