NO ONE HOME

Firstly it would be nice if someone answered the phone ***) that you advertise on your website. Then I try email and get an undeliverable reply. I have eventually got hold of someone however they were not able to help. The email then went to someone else who rep**** saying they will have a look. I reply to that email and its also an undeliverable email. I tried calling your number again but still no one answered. You are charging my account with expenses I have never asked not signed for. You can't just debit my account with monthly expenses every month if you don't have permission from me. It would be nice to know if anyone at the Edcon group is able to speak to customers because every contact method I try is unavailable. <br> <br> WAKE UP!!!
