No one can provide an explanation

I have an account with Edgars and my payment arrangement before was that I pay at the store. I later on changed to debit order and requested my account to be 6 month but they still kept it 12 months to suck interest from me. So Edgars has been debiting for some time and to my surprise recently their debit orders are not consistent. They debit R33, R89, R55 etc...of which creates interest on my account( remember I shouldn't even have interest because I requested 6 months)

When am I going to finish paying the R900 balance if Edgars debits R33 and charge interest on top of that?

Around August 2017 they charged me their stupid interest 3 times in one month....Imagine...

I called the call center and spoke to Nothemba who could not give me a valid answer why all this has happened. I asked her on the phone the date when Edgars started debiting my account, just to get answers from her, but she couldn't give me an answer and kept me on hold for 30 minutes, literally.

I want my account to be changed to 6 months, and all those interests from the day I made changes in my account to be credited.

I want to pay this stupid account off and close it. Your employees at accountd are *********** and your service sucks big time.

The consultant I spoke to Nothemba, should be dealt with as well. Holding a Custime for 30 min?

Why didn't she ask someone else to assist if she does not know her work? Or rather ask to call me back when she gets it resolved?
