NO MMS - what don't you understand?
A week after posting that I don NOT want to receive MMS statements ***/GO) I receive an MMS statement on 17 Feb. What did you not understand from the original post? Once again Edgars has complete disregard for their customers!

Also, since I've taken the time to post this complaint it's up to you to contact me as the client to answer my questions & not direct me to contact you via telephone. I'm still awaiting further feedback from Leone Manneson on the thank you points issue & the excuse she provided that I had taken items back to your store for credit - which I didn't. How many more times do I need to ask for feedback on this matter & for someone to contact ME?

It is with great displeasure to hear that your query is still not resolved. The MMS statements were sent temporarily to customers during the period of the postal strike. We have referred this matter to the accounts department manager for intervention as this matter has been prolonging. We assure you concrete feedback will be given to you shortly,
Please find your reference number: ***/GO
Kind regards.
