NO MERCY
Good day, I have to say Edcon Financial Services call centre are the worst. I paid off my card in 2011/12 I think, cant remember. I jus do not have a paid up letter. I called yesterday at about 3pm to request this letter, I was told about a turn around time ya 48 hours. I accept that and acknowledge that. My problem is I have a matter of life and death and time is not on my side, I needed this letter as in yesterday. I've spent over R300 worth of airtime trying to plead and ask and bed the consultants to PLEASE help me as im dealing with a desperate situation here. i must have called about 5 times as time is not on my side...They are doing their job, but for me as a desperate customer, Edgars, you have no UBUNTU and im highly disappointed. I would not be asking if I wasn't desperate as I've even forgot about this account, it jus so happened it came up and I needed to sort that out.
