No knowledge of CPA

Yesterday(27/05/15) I was attracted by a promotion at Edgars active in Paledi Mall. Only to get told that the promo was starting the next day and as it was almost closing time i asked for a set aside. Today(28/05/15) I got to the shop around 10 only for the staff to tell me that they have no knowledge of my set aside without any effort of checking.I went back to the floor picked my items without any assistance then headed for the tills. Just when I thought my problems where over Berry the cashier, tells me that one of my items was wrongly priced. Even the interference of the manager in charge a lady by the name Kaluka didnt ease my shopping. A lady with that position of responsibility tells me the customer to go around with a calculator and calculate 30% of the items marked promo. Now after returning to the store twice in two different days, I ended up being overcharged because of staff error. Day light *******!!!!
