No joy with resolving my problem!

I received an email from the accounts department to say that I had accepted a change to the Terms and Conditions of my account, which involved a monthly service fee of R22.50 per month. I contacted the number given on the e mail and spoke to Tylene, who advised that I had signed an agreement to this on 23rd November 2016 when I purchased good on my Thank U card at CNA Shelly Beach. As I broke my arm and am not able to go into the store to sort this out, I was given the email address for Durban Accounts to explain that I was not informed of any changes and was given the impression that I had to sign their electronic machine for the goods. I was advised that I was under no obligation to accept this agreement as I opened my Account in 1976. I have been liaising with them since then, and have had no joy in this monthly amount being cancelled and the amounts already debited to my account, refunded to me. I was told that they first had to investigate this with the store, and only on receipt of an email from the store could they reverse this change. My account received today again had the amount of R22.50 debited. I fail to see why I should wait until the store responds. It is their error and staff are not properly trained. I just want this sorted out and am not interested in their internal problems!
