No help with store card

<p>I went into Edgars (Zevenwacht) store on Friday an paid my account, I asked the cashier how much credit I have available and it stated R1500 CREDIT AVAILABLE!!!!! When I went to the same store on Saturday and wanted to purchase items I was told I have no available credit. I spoke to the Manager and cashiers but NO ONE COULD ASSIST!! I phoned the call center and still no help because they kept on telling me different methods as to get my account open as it was supposedly but I have been making payments.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have had so many dissapointments at that store but this the very last time I set foot there, pathetic service and *********** staff!!</p>
