No help from EDGARS!

Good day, I have been having endless issues with Edgars regarding my request to see statements from November 2019. As I have not purchased any items in store since, YET always seem to have a balance of +R1000. I am aware of having policies which add up to approx. R200. I do not understand how my account to date has a balance of R 1316.65.

Please provide me with an annual statement for 2019, 2020 and 2021, urgently.
