No goods or refund after 3 months!
I have been waiting 3 months for my refund of almost R3000. Waited 2months for delivery after which I received 5% of my order with a note that the balance will be refunded. No feedback on my emails, no refund, call centre are pathetic, dont even know why there is a call centre because they cant do anything. Im so fed up with this ******* company that knew they will not be able to refund clients but still took the orders/payment. Submitted a complaint with the ombud but Edgars has not even responded after having 15 working days to respond. Edgars does this mean you will not be able to refund any of your clients meaning you stole from customers? I cant believe that a listed company is getting away with this.
I dis not receive the 4 hoodies worth R524.97 ; R524.97 ; R489.97 ; R489.97, blankets worth R139.95 and did not receive the bin worth R649.95
That is a total of R2819.79
Edgars refunded R431.82 .Where is the rest of my money!!!!!???? R2387.97!!!!!!????????
