No gifts under the tree thanks to Edgars

Thanks to Edgars I have no gifts under my tree. I placed an order On the 2nd of December it is now the 21st of December.what do I tell the kids...why there's no gifs under the tree... Pathetic service is all i can say.Spoke to Sindisiwe who promised to help and still nothing.spoke to Kagiso..and mailed him about the price difference on the saddles as what I purchased and the prices he still has not gotten back to me since Tuesday .I asked them to change the address on the delivery as well as I was now on leave and no longer at work still nothing.how do companies run in this manner and at this time of the year...it is the worst service ever for any parent at this time of the year.
