No feedback on my Edgars account

Most disappointing service since this retailer Edgars been take over from RCS financial service. There call centre assistants sorry to say but not they is of no good. My account is every single month over R6000 I'm paid more then my installment every month. But to pick up they not calculate my purchase into my installment only the financial service installment. POOR **************** NEVER TRUST THEM AGAIN WILL CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT SOON
