No feedback from Edgars online store

I purchased a Mobicel Cherry Tablet from Edgars online store. The specs online included dual sim, 2MP front camera and 1GB RAM. On the box it says single sim, 0.3MP front camera and 512MB RAM.

I have sent a query to edgars ********** on 4 September 2018. Each time I am promised feedback and no feedback comes.
