How frustrating

I placed my order on line 1 May 2020. Today is the 9th of June 2020. My parcel has been handed over to the courier or so they say, on the 3rd June 2020. No one is replying on either e-mails or the two call center numbers – you hold for over 20min no answer. Now what?
