No Feedback from Edgars
Today is the 3rd June and I still have not received any response/feedback from the Edgars Accounts Department with regards to my Instalments increasing and decreasing without any notification or explanation and they just expect you to just and do whatever they say...all I want is an explanation on why my Instalments are increasing and decreasing without warning. Edgars just does not care

In response to the recent inquiry with us, kindly be advised that your fixed amount installment is R658.53.
Last month we requested R88.12 because you paid more than what was due end of March 2019, your installment is calculated with the highest balance that you owe over the period of 12 months plus the financial products that you have on the account.

04 Jun 2019, 11:45First of all since when is my fixed Instalment R658.53? and you claim end of March I paid more yet I only paid my Instalment of R381 and the month before I paid R365 so I am not sure when my Instalment amount changed. I tried calling your customer care but was put on hold for more than 10 minutes by a lady called Itumeleng and she never even bothered to come back to me... I am really not what is going on...
