I app**** for claim for insurance of a ****** phone. I have since been trying to call them to find out how far along is the process. The phone keeps ringing when they answer they put me to their cellphone department even there the phone keeps ringing. I disappointed as I can not drive there without an indefinite feedback. I do not appreciate the service.
