No feedback??

im still waiting for feedback regarding my previous enquiry?? You guys respond to an ebquiry then not follow up on it. Why does it still show that my edgars acc is open??? Last yeqr i received an email stating that the account will be closed.. ive got emails and everything and still nothing has been done?
