No exchange
I am currently at Edgars Maponya mall returning the shoes i bought at their shop they don't want to exchange because apparently it's not their fault that we tried on the shoes and Grace Malo Admin Manager at the shop left me hanging at the tills

01 Dec 2017, 16:31Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention .We will exchange or refund products provided that: · there is valid proof of purchase, i.e. till slip or gift receipt;
· it is within 30 days of purchase;
· it is in its original packaging or condition, i.e.;
§ the security seal or shrink wrap is intact (if applicable)
§ it is unworn and unused and the price ticket is attached.
