NO DELIVERY & RESPONSE FROM CALL CENTRE
firstly i ordered goods on 10 December 2015 - this was processing for about almost a week until i mailed them then only did it go to the next level.<br> <br> Secondly i can get an email only on 30 December 2015 (Delivery supposed to be within 5-7 working days) stating it was delivered - IT WAS NOT!<br> <br> I then contacted the call center, they said couriers took it back to distributing store and they will organize for it to be delivered again. i got no feed back from them AT ALL...<br> <br> I then contacted them 12 January 2016 - it was said that they will contact the store, etc... and get back to be. it is now a day later and still no phone call or email!!<br> <br> THIS IS NOW BECOMING RIDICULOUS - I ORDERED THESE THINGS OVER A MONTH AGO AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY GOODS... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!<br> <br> AND THEN ALL YOU GET IN RETURN IS A LOUSY APOLOGY - AN APOLOGY IS NOT MY GOODS I PAID FOR!!!
