No delivery over a month!!!!!!!!!!

Please could I have some answers on WHEN my delivery will come. I order over R5000 worth of good on 06/05/2020. I have phoned 3 times and they can not tell me why I have not received my goods. I specially ordered winter clothes for my children and nothing as yet, in fact I had to go to Edgars on Sunday the 14/05/2020 to get some clothes for my children. I found this very frustrating as I get messages to say that I must pay my outstanding amount but yet I have not received my goods or not even a phone call to state what is going on and why I must wait so long. My order number for the goods I have ordered is ***. Please could someone that knows what is going on phone me on *** and let me know how much longer I have to wait or if I’m even going to get my goods. But yet I must still pay for stuff I don’t have.
