No Delivery

ordered items on black Friday and last week Wednesday I gave delivery guy my home address since I was not at work when he delivered my parcel. Till to date no parcel came to my home nor my work place,i took my time and call your online department and I was told that my parcel was not delivered because I gave them the wrong address.my Question is I have had my parcel delivered to the work place and my home and none of this story happened even if that the case of wrong of address why was it not communicated with me or the person that was suppose to receive the parcel.this is annoying and unacceptable as I have to wait days before I can even receive that parcel.
