NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO DELIVERY!

I ordered online on 02 Dec, till today 18 Dec I have not received my order. I received an email confirming delivery will be done before 5pm on 09 Dec, nothing has happened. I have contacted their call centre, given a ref number and was promised that a supervisor will contact me today 18/12 with an update. Nothing. Edgars has NO customer SERVICE at all!
