No Customer Service
I received the incorrect size sneakers which I have been trying to arrange a return on. The return option on the website isn't active on this order only. I have completed your online contact forms 3 times and messaged Edgars via Facebook but no one has contacted or assisted me. The complete lack of service is disgusting. If you encourage people to shop online then make sure that your online portal is fully functioning.

The point of shopping online is to avoid malls at a time like this. Hence my online purchase and waiting to arrange a collection for the incorrect item.
My nearest store has been closed down.
