No customer loyalty!

I have settled my account that was handed over in full.... Now they say i cannot use the account again its in process of closure and i cannot aooly again. But i shouldnt be applying again. I paid my account in full why cant I use it again! You are very fast to handover but not so nice to rewelcome a excisting customer back.
