No Credit Limit increase granted in 8 years
I phoned edgars 2 times for my limit to be increased and every time the ****ing line gets disconnected after holding over 15 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!! They lady said that I cant get a limit increase if I don't have a offer available! well I want to know how the **** is it possible not to get a credit limit increase offer from 2008 up to now??? In 2008 my salary was a mere R4500 and now my salary is R16250. I demand feedback from edgars as to why I have not once received a limit increase offer????? Or maybe I should just as well close my ****ing account with edgars if they don't want to give a customer service!!!!!!! I demand a limit increase or I will close my account! I am not phoning edgars 1 more time, Edgars can phone me bac****!!!!!!
