No credit limit increase due to too much debt...what?!

The last time I received a credit limit increase was in 2007.

My salary has increased four times since then.

I have an immaculate credit profile with little debt, in fact my debt is around 30% of my income.

What ******* excuses are these?

I am happy to close my account and go elsewhere if necessary.

Come on Edgars! Please Advise………!
