No common courtesy

on the 26.05.2015,i visited the store in order to qualify for the 1day only sale of branded shoes.'buy 1,get 1 free' To my dissapointment,the store was closed. Other wating customers and i were advised that it was closed due to the national taxi strike..this information was given to us from the security guard who stood behind the closed door and barely understood english.<br> 1stly the strike had nothing to do with the sale as all other stores were open & fully staffed,<br> 2ndly there was no decency of any manager,or even employee to come to customers to assist/advise,<br> 3rdly,when we did attempt phoning in store or the customer helpline,we watched some staff look @ the phone ring and just ignore it - glass doors - see through! - hello?!<br> The 'treating customers fairly act' surely didnt play out accordingly,we were not even given a voucher to come back the next day,knowingly it was no fault of the customers but lack of professionalism on Edgars side.<br> Edgars has always been known to have a good reputation,its sad that inconsiderate staff fails in holding that up. <br> <br>
