No clear indication

I app**** for an Edgars account online I was declined and I am trying to get an answer as to why, I retrieved my credit record which is clear, yet the reason is that I have a bad credit record, then I asked for the report you have retrieved and you wont give it to me, you then tell me that reason is affordabiliity, I have an excess of R8000.00 a month why cant I afford the edgars account?????? I query again and each time someone else responds with a different answer, this is not fair, my credit score is high and I have no outstanding debts, I can afford the credit but you cant give me the proper reason as to why you will not grant it nor will you give me a copy of the credit report.
