No change

On 23 May we bought items at Edgars Kolonade. The casher said she did not have 10c change to give me. I said to her that it was my money and I demanded to have it. I told her that if I took sonething from the store without paying they would arrest me for *****ing and this is the same. How much money will they have '******' at the end of the day. She was quite upset with me and asked the other casher for 10c and even shouted to the other customers if anybody had 10c. This might have been a way to try to make me feel bad. If I did not have the right amount to pay for the item, what would her attetude be then????? Would I be permitted to just take the item without paying the full amount???? Then they try and make it out as a rasist issue as well. Could I suggest to EDGARS to change their prices to avoid these kind of issues or provide their cashiers with change to be of sevice to the customers
